We are experts in the processing and treatment of steel: carbon steel (hot and cold rolled), Corten steel, stainless steel and aluminum.

Last year
we processed nearly
spinning
We have a CNC spinner at our plant. The maximum size of input material is Ø 1,600 mm, 10 mm thick for carbon steel. The possibility to manufacture rotationally symmetric shapes is practically unlimited. We handle carbon, Corten and stainless steel as well as aluminum.
coating
Wet coating
We have an engineering line to apply corrosion protection coatings on steel and aluminum elements, which include subjecting the material to mechanical cleaning (shot blasting) and chemical washing and subsequently coating them with wet protective paints and heat treating for the paint to set.
The maximum sizes of the elements processed by the particular devices and transport system of the paint shop is L x B x H = 2,500 x 700 x 1,600 [mm]. The maximum weight of the details is approx. 200kg.
Powder coating
Similarly as during the wet coating process, steel and aluminium surfaces are protected against corrosion by subjecting them to mechanical and chemical cleaning (shot blasting and washing). Then powder paint is electrostatically sprayed on the cleaned surface and subjected to heat treatment for the purpose of setting.
The maximum sizes of the elements processed by the particular devices and transport system of the paint shop are L x B x H = 2,500 x 700 x 1,600 [mm]. The maximum weight of the details is approx. 200 kg.
Such type of coating covers any deficiencies of mechanical surface finishing, provides corrosion protection and is environmentally friendly, as it eliminates the emission of solvents and reduces energy consumption by way of applying closed-circuit ventilation systems.
sheet bending
Sheets of up to 3,000 mm length may be bent.
sheet rolling
Sheets of the length up to 2,000 mm and 10 mm thick may be rolled. Shape forming: cylinders, cones, irregular cones, ellipses, kidney-shaped elements.
forming
the ends of tubes
and sections
The machine enables the forming and narrowing the ends of tubes and sections of the diameter of up to 60 mm. Openings of up to 12 mm diameter are available for cutting.
Tubes and sections
bending
The three-roller bender is dedicated to forming various shape materials like thin- and thick-wall tubes, flat bars, rods as well as open and closed sections. Three rollers positioned to form a pyramid rotate in two directions, thanks to which the material is rolled by the time of achieving the required radius. Various shapes of elements may be formed: arches, circles or spirals of irregular and varied radiuses.
